ArabHorseMarket.com does offer a Satisfaction Guarantee which should be provided to Seller by our sales representative or by visiting our website and clicking on Satisfaction Guarantee at the bottom of the website.
Seller hereby certifies that all of the information that is provided to ArabHorseMarket.com and its agents is true and Seller has not knowingly misrepresented any of the information for the listed horse(s), product(s) or service(s).
Seller has the right to use and distribute any and all photos, video and other media that it has supplied to ArabHorseMarket.com. ArabHorseMarket.com does not claim ownership of any content submitted by the Seller and ArabHorseMarket.com is not responsible for obtaining permissions with respect to content and media submissions. Seller grants ArabHorseMarket.com the following worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive licenses, as applicable:

  • The license to use, distribute, modify and publicly display such contents and media for the sole purpose of promoting ArabHorseMarket.com and its subjects to which such content was willingly submitted or made available. This license exists in perpetuity.
  • ArabHorseMarket.com is not responsible for the actions of Buyers who may contact a Seller as a result of Seller's advertising and affiliation with ArabHorseMarket.com. Any transaction that occurs in relation to the horse(s), products(s) or service(s) listed with ArabHorseMarket.com, such as buying, selling or trading, is not the responsibility of ArabHorseMarket.com.
  • Seller agrees to pay ArabHorseMarket.com for its equine marketing services, as outlined in the website pricing guide or as agreed upon with an agent of ArabHorseMarket.com. Seller understands that marketing services will not be provided until payment is made in full for each horse, product or service.
  • Service shall commence for 30 days (or for such length of time as purchased by the Seller) for each horse, product or service, unless otherwise stated as part of a special offer or promotion as offered by ArabHorseMarket.com. This includes the hosting of the sale horse(s)', product(s)' or service(s)' web pages, marketing materials, promotional and technical support, etc. ArabHorseMarket.com reserves the right to remove any content and does not consider to have complied with stated standards and objectives or if there is an active complaint involving sales horse(s), product(s) or service(s) and/or Seller or agent and that complaint can be resolved.
  • ArabHorseMarket.com is not responsible for advertising deadlines missed due to delayed or late receipt of advertising materials and/or payment from the Seller. Payment must be made in advance of any advertising being placed with media.
  • Seller agrees that he/she is of legal age to conform to this contract and is not banned from receiving services under the laws of the United States of America.
  • ArabHorseMarket.com will make every effort to return all properly labeled media to the Seller to the valid U.S. address provided to ArabHorseMarket.com.
  • A separate Seller Agreement is implied for each horse, product or service listed with ArabHorseMarket.com.
