It is the goal of ArabHorseMarket.com to provide the Seller with a service that friends, colleagues and potential buyers will want to see. Therefore, ArabHorseMarket.com offers a Satisfaction Guarantee with the following guidelines:

  • If Seller purchases a web ad and is not satisfied, Seller must notify ArabHorseMarket.com by e-mail within seven (7) days of Seller's website being activated and ArabHorseMarket.com will attempt to make reasonable changes to Seller's web ad and marketing materials.
  • Seller must upload all necessary photos and video before qualifying for a refund.
  • Seller's quality of photos and video is not the responsibility of ArabHorseMarket.com. Therefore, if the Seller is not satisfied with ArabHorseMarket.com's marketing techniques following an upload of photos and video, ArabHorseMarket.com will refund unused, prepaid advertising space calculated on a monthly basis.
  • The original listing/first month's hosting fee of $12.00 is non-refundable.
